  • drajaythakur Mr Shafi has been a diabetic and hypertensive patient since few years.

  • drajaythakur His x-rays were normal but MRI scan showed a tear in his rotator cuff tendons!
  • drajaythakur The frozen shoulder had weakened his shoulder cuff tendon which was torned subsequently due to trivial injury.
  • drajaythakur He needed repair of the rotator cuff tendon.
  • drajaythakur Arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder was planned and his inflamed tight ligaments were released to remove stiffness of frozen shoulder and then the tendon was repaired back to the bone.
  • drajaythakur He was started on exercises and physical therapy.
  • drajaythakur His pain subsided, he was able to sleep peacefully and got back his movements in 2 months of exercises.
